• Fabricated with 18WG Aluminium Sheet on 1” x 1” x 1.5mm MS Square Tube framework with imported Centrifugal Fan and Air Regulator.

• 05 Nos Discharge Chutes fitted with Automatic Opening Devices

•Heavy particle Regulating Blades and a set of louvers at the suction end.

•Discharge of the Fan will be connected through steel ducts to a set of cotton socks made out of unbleached Grey Cloth to collect the Dust particles

Specifications
• It is of compact design, 600Kg per our, with high cleaning efficiency.

• Body fabricated in Steel Frame and fitted with Aluminium Panels.

• Machine fitted with a minimum of 07 Nos. Discharge Hoppers with adjustable weighted trap doors to prevent updraft of air through same.

•The machine is supplied with a standard dynamically balanced Centrifugal Fan having minimum 10,000 CFM air-flow through the chamber.

• Rotor fitted with self-aligning type Ball Bearings and powered by 3 HP, TEFC Motor, complete with DOL Starter, Vee-Belt Drive & Guard and steel supporting structure.

• Discharge of the Fan to be connected through Steel Ducts, to a set of Ten Cotton Socks made out of unbleached Grey Cloth to collect the Dust Particles.
